Manal Ragheb is a passionate entrepreneur with a proven track record of bringing startups and companies to life across various industries and economic systems. Her deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the EMEA region distinguishes her as a leader in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. As the general manager of Carltrix Corporate Service Provider, Manal launched the firm's UAE office in December 2023 to foster entrepreneurial hubs across the EMEA region. Drawing on her extensive experience in her role, she is developing unique perspectives on driving innovation and growth for startups and entrepreneurs. With over 17 years of experience, Manal has served as a professional and certified Human Resources Manager, HRBP, and Assistant Associate Director in different fields. She has collaborated with numerous startups and entrepreneurs to foster their strategic growth. Her wealth of experience supports startups in their journey as she inspires them with her knowledge of entrepreneurship and the EMEA ecosystem. Manal is particularly passionate about helping startups and entrepreneurs in their investments and expansion. She continuously seeks to collaborate, generate inspiration, empower entrepreneurs, and drive meaningful change in companies.

Fariq holds a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Tax Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
